We store client financial data securely on our local systems. Additionally, we use trusted third-party cloud providers such as Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive for backup purposes. These providers may store data on servers located outside India. While we rely on their industry-standard security safeguards, Artha365 is not responsible for events beyond its reasonable control.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We may share data with:

• Service providers (payment gateways, cloud storage, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
• Government or regulatory authorities when required by law.
• Professional advisers (auditors, tax consultants) as necessary to deliver services.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary for services and compliance. You may request deletion, subject to tax and regulatory obligations.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
