Terms of Service
Welcome to Artha365. By accessing or using our desktop applications, tools, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. License to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Artha365 software for your internal business purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not distribute, lease, or sub-license our software.
2. Local-First Data Processing
Artha365 is designed as a local-first application. Your financial data, invoices, and compliance records are stored on your local device. We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure on your end unless you have explicitly opted into our cloud backup services.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critically important to us. We have designed Artha365 from the ground up to respect your data sovereignty.
1. What We Collect
We collect basic account information (name, email) when you register. The desktop application may collect anonymous telemetry (crash reports, usage statistics) to help us improve the product. We do not collect or view your financial transaction data.
2. Third-Party Services
When you use cloud-connected features (e.g., E-Way Bill generation via government APIs), data is transmitted securely to the relevant third-party endpoints. Please review their privacy policies for more information.
Refund Policy
For our premium desktop and cloud plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the software within the first 14 days of purchase, please contact our support team for a full refund.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Artha365 for the desktop software product.
1. Grant of License
Artha365 grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
